The most effective way to search for services is by typing a few keywords in the What are you looking for? field.
You can narrow down your search results by entering more keywords, adding a location to your search or using the filters to refine your search results.
Yes. You can search different areas by clicking and dragging to move the map and double clicking, or your mouse wheel to zoom in.
Some organizations offer services in person as well as provincially or nationally by phone or online. These services may appear on the map as a physical location but be available to you online or by phone.
Yes. There is an Add your service button on every Community Services Locator (CSL) page that leads to a form to add your service. We will review the information you submit to make sure it meets our criteria for service listings. If it does, we will add your service to the website. This process is usually completed within 2 weeks. If we need more information, we will contact you.
Yes. Go to your service’s page and click on the pencil icon beside your service’s name. Fill out and submit the form to make changes to your service information. We will review your changes to make sure the information meets our criteria and we will update your service on the website. This process is usually completed within 2 weeks. If we need more information, we will contact you.
Yes. There is a tab with a speech bubble icon and a pencil on every CSL page. Click on the tab to go to a feedback page . We appreciate your feedback and we will consider your suggestions as we continue to enhance the CSL.
